How Om subscriptions work.
There are 3 types of monthly subscriptions.
Om Lite: 4 lessons per month
Om Classic: 8 lessons per month
Om Gold: Unlimited lessons per month
How do I purchase a monthly pass?
Passes are purchased online directly on the website, more specifically on the Pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our system accepts credit cards, debit cards, Mastercard, or cards for recurring payments generated through MBWAY.
How much time do I have to "use" my classes?
After purchasing an Om subscription, you have 30 days to book your classes, whether in-person or online. After this period, if you have not used the classes, any remaining classes will expire.
What is the billing cycle?
Your pass will be automatically renewed every 30 days via automatic charge to your card, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
How can I cancel the pass?
At the top of the email you will receive as soon as you purchase the pass, and each time your subscription is renewed, click on “Change or Cancel subscription”. Clicking will take you to your customer page where you can view your billing history and enable or disable automatic debit from your card.
