About Renata Ventura
Renata began her journey in Yoga more than 24 years ago, and today she is an internationally certified Senior Teacher by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute at level III, the highest level of certification in Brazil and Latin America.
She coordinated the Teacher Training and Development Committee at ABIY from 2016 to 2019, teaches training and mentoring courses, and is part of the teacher evaluation panel for teacher certification in Brazil.
Throughout her career, she was mentored by Faeq Biria until her passing and continues to update her studies regularly with various senior teachers around the world and with the Iyengar family.
Renata believes that to teach, one must maintain a beginner's mind, be a perpetual student. Because we can only teach what we have learned, lived, and experienced.
For about 20 years she has been studying Yoga and Ayurveda for Women's Health, and her most recent project is the Time for Women Journey, which includes ancestral, scientific, and current knowledge for women's health under the guiding thread of Yoga.
His teaching style is attentive and precise, guiding his students to develop their full potential with discernment and wisdom.
She currently teaches and coordinates Namaskara Yoga and Meditation alongside her husband, Mario Reinert, and travels giving workshops throughout Brazil, Canada, and Europe.
The
Workshop Program includes more than 10 hours of hands-on practice with Professor Renata Ventura.
On Friday there will be an opening session to prepare for the Workshop;
