Om Weekend Algarve 2023

On the eve of the November 1st holiday, the Om intensive weekend takes place in Quinta do Lago. The annual workshop is taught by Professor Elsa Santos at the Iyengar Sol Viegas Iyengar Yoga studio - Urbanização Varandas do Lago 37.

There will be a welcome class on Friday evening, and practice will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
