We invite you to an open Iyengar Yoga, guided by Professor Elsa Santos, in an absolutely unique setting: under the monumental sculpture Valkyrie Inari, by the artist Joana Vasconcelos, in the Main Hall of Quinta da Comporta.

Located in the space that once housed and processed rice, now converted into the Inari restaurant, this Valkyrie is inspired by the Japanese deity Inari Ōkami, a symbol of prosperity and harvest. It is in this place, where the agricultural tradition of Comporta intersects with contemporary art, that we invite you to breathe, align, and be present.

Following the success of “Yoga with Art” at MAAT, we return with a new edition that celebrates the encounter between body, art and nature — in a moment of profound connection with the space and with oneself.
