Those who practice Om in August, whether in person or online, know they are entitled to special treatment. This summer, we have prepared a unique lineup of teachers for the month of August, so that Om practitioners can expand their knowledge and experience how Iyengar Yoga is practiced around the world, with leading international teachers, in this case from Italy.

Simone Cannatella - Palermo, Italy

August 4th to 9th

Simone Cannatella is a certified Iyengar® Yoga teacher who has dedicated herself to Yoga for 9 years. She trained with David Meloni and, since 2015, has regularly visited the Iyengar® Yoga center in Rishikesh (India) under the guidance of Usha Devi.

Simone attended RIMYI and regularly visits India to continue her training with senior teachers. She also teaches at her own school, Palermo Sadhana.

Simone will be teaching the 6:30 PM Om classes every day for one week in August. These classes can be taken in person or online. Don't miss the opportunity to practice with this amazing Italian teacher. As the Italian proverb says:
