Programme

Reception: Lundi, the 12th juillet, our team will be ready for your arrival at the center. L'après-midi, debut the première pratique.

Lieu

In the center of Lisbon and with 120m2 of garden, you have plenty of Om.

An espace lumineux et accueillant avec une atmosphère tranquille, qui defendantnit les conditions idéales pour enseigner et pratiquer le Yoga Iyengar.

Nous creons les conditions pour que nos utilisateurs augmentent leur concentration et améliorent leur santé physique et psychologique.

Prof. Elsa Santos

Elsa Santos is the founder of OM Iyengar Lisbonne. She is receiving senior RIMYI certification in Pune after 2019.

Participating in the jury in these exams for beginner and intermediate level in Portugal and Spain.

Practice and enseigne after more than 20 years, then ended formation in 2008.

Optionnelment you can stay at Meemo Hotel Principe Real (180€/day).

• Le nombre des participants sera limité par les recommandations du Ministère de la Santé que nous allons observer scrupuleusement.

• Merci d'amener votre tapis - tout les reste du matériel Iyengar sera fourni sur place.

• The practice takes place outdoors, sauf le Pranayama that nous labors à l'extérieur, in the garden, if the method allows it.

Gastronomy

le déjeuner et le dîner sont inclus et sont 100% végétaliens, bien sûr. le menu a été conçu dès le départ pour maximiser les avantages d'une pratique intensive.
