On Sunday, March 8, 2026, Cecília will lead a morning workshop open to all levels , especially recommended for Level 1 and 2 practitioners .
Those who practice with her on Thursdays at 6:45 PM know what to expect: direct, clear, and well-paced lessons. Originally from Asturias, Cecília gives instructions in a mix of languages, states the essentials, adjusts when necessary, and moves on. The practice flows smoothly without drama.
This workshop extends that space. There's time to connect the dots, let the sequence work and gain continuity. The simple gains density, the demanding becomes accessible—both for those who already practice with her and for those who are not yet familiar with her work.
From 10:00 to 13:00, the practice focuses on alignment, the conscious use of supports , and the intelligence of the sequence. A rigorous and attentive workout, designed for real bodies.
Cecilia is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher – Level 3, with a background in Physical Education and a solid track record in teaching and practice.

This workshop extends that space. There is time to connect the dots, let the sequence do its work and build continuity. What is simple gains depth; what is demanding becomes accessible — both for regular students and for those new to her teaching.
From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, the practice focuses on alignment, intelligent use of props and the logic of the sequence. Careful, rigorous work, designed for real bodies.
Cecilia is a Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, with a background in Physical Education and a solid teaching and practice path.
